Hidralia and the association A Toda Vela have organized a knowledge exchange workshop for employees of both organizations in Almería, with the aim of sharing experiences related to sustainable water management, environmental awareness, and the inclusion of people through this essential resource.
These workshops were created with the goal of providing a space for dialogue and mutual learning between water sector professionals and social organizations committed to inclusion and human dignity. Through the exchange of knowledge and experiences, the initiative seeks to reinforce a comprehensive understanding of water as a human right and as a key driver of sustainable development and social cohesion.
The initiative reflects the commitment of both organizations to social innovation and public awareness regarding the importance of efficient, equitable, and inclusive water resource management.
The collaboration between Hidralia and A Toda Vela represents a strategic partnership based on shared values of sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility. Both organizations share the conviction that water is not merely a resource to be managed, but a human right that must be accessible, equitable, and inclusive for all people, regardless of their circumstances or conditions.
This collaborative relationship reflects Hidralia’s commitment to social innovation and its determination to integrate diverse perspectives into decision-making processes related to water management. Through initiatives such as this, the company demonstrates that technical and operational excellence must go hand in hand with social awareness and respect for human dignity.
During the event, held at the “Espacio ALMA” Building, participants took part in various workshops as well as discussion and debate sessions involving representatives from both organizations.
Social commitment
Over the years, Hidralia has consolidated a water management model based on comprehensive sustainability, extending beyond environmental concerns to encompass a strong social dimension. The company understands that responsible water management means ensuring equitable access to this essential resource for all people; promoting awareness of the importance of water conservation; encouraging the inclusion of vulnerable groups in decision-making processes; fostering innovation in sustainable and socially responsible technologies; and collaborating with social stakeholders to build a shared vision of water as a common good.
For its part, A Toda Vela brings to this collaboration its extensive experience in social inclusion and community empowerment. The association works from a human rights perspective, promoting the participation and voice of people in vulnerable situations in matters that affect their lives. Its involvement in these workshops reinforces the idea that inclusion and dignity must be cross-cutting principles in any resource management policy.
This knowledge exchange workshop is only the beginning of a broader collaboration that seeks to integrate the perspective of inclusion into water management and demonstrate that it is possible to build business and public service models that are simultaneously technically excellent and socially responsible.
