A successful model that fosters young talent
Dual Vocational Training (FP Dual) is an educational model that combines theoretical instruction at an educational center with practical training in a company. At Hidralia, we have been collaborating with IES La Rosaleda (Málaga) since 2020 so that students in the Higher Level Vocational Training program in Water Management can gain real-world experience, developing technical and professional skills directly in operational facilities across the entire water cycle.
Students alternate between theoretical classes at the educational center and practical placements in various Hidralia areas of operation: Marbella, Rincón de la Victoria, Torremolinos, among others. These are extended placements of two years in which they combine the theoretical knowledge they receive in the classroom with the practical experience they gain in the company's daily operations.
