Hidralia temporarily closes its Customer Service offices

All procedures can be carried out through non-contact service channels that are reinforced from this moment

HIDRALIA closes from today March 13, 2020 the face-to-face attention of the customer service offices on a temporary basis.

This preventive measure is aimed at guaranteeing the safety and health of our staff and our clients, and is in line with the measures already taken previously and with the recommendations made by the Andalusian Government and also by the Government of Spain to the business sector and other organizations.

All procedures can continue to be carried out through non-contact service channels: - Virtual Office via the web (www.hidralia-sa.es)

- Free telephone number for information on breakdowns 900 555 565 (available 24 hours and 365 days)

HIDRALIA have also made an additional fixed line available to its users temporarily in their Customer Service offices.
